[SYSMO-411] - Fix icon in request file button
[SYSMO-415] - There is a spreadsheet uploaded to the forums (Martijn) that is not readable after downloading
[SYSMO-419] - Publications do not appear under recent items on the home page.
[SYSMO-420] - Some titles contain newline characters, which break javascript
[SYSMO-422] - JWS Online logo is missing when running model
[SYSMO-426] - sqlite3 packages missing from apt-get in the install guide
[SYSMO-427] - add wget to apt-get instructions in install guide
[SYSMO-428] - Need to add popen4 to required gems in INSTALL
[SYSMO-431] - Projects with long name aren't formatted correctly in the roles box
[SYSMO-432] - Users can access seek without being in a project if activation is required.
